What to include

Questions and bug reports

• The progression you typed (use Copy text) or a share link (Copy link).
• Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

The MIDI files you open in Chord to MIDI never reach us. If an import goes wrong and you'd like us to look at the file, you can attach it to your email, but only if you're comfortable sharing it.

Purchases and refunds

• Your order number, shown on your account page.
• The confirmed email address of the account you bought Remove Ads with (and, to move Remove Ads after losing both your sign-in and that mailbox, proof of payment and the Account ID of your new account).

Within 7 days of payment, a refund needs no reason. You can also request one on the account page. See the Refund Policy for the details.

Your personal data

You can delete your account yourself on the account page. For other requests about your personal data, such as access or correction, contact our privacy officer, Chan Baek, at contact@cultureand.tech. See the Privacy Policy.
